What is stretch therapy?
Stretch therapy is a guided, professional stretching service where a certified stretch therapist manually moves your body through targeted stretches to improve flexibility, mobility and recovery.
Think of it like a massage — but instead of kneading muscles, we’re lengthening them. Instead of working on the tissue, we’re opening the joints, releasing tension, and creating space in your body that you didn’t know was missing.
Most people don’t realize how tight they actually are until someone shows them what “loose” feels like. That’s what stretch therapy does — it shows your body what it’s been missing.
What to expect
Your first session
Every new client begins with a 12-point assessment. This is a full-body evaluation that identifies your specific restrictions, tight areas and problem zones. We don’t guess — we assess. Then we stretch based on what your body actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all routine.
After your assessment
Each session is customized to what your body needs that day. Some days your hips are tight. Some days it’s your shoulders or lower back. Every session meets you where you are.
What to wear
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move in. Sweatpants, leggings, gym clothes. Nothing restrictive.
Socks must be worn during your session. This is for hygiene and safety during stretching.
What you need
Just a clear space of approximately 6 ft × 9 ft for me to comfortably set up and move around my professional stretch table. I bring the table and everything needed for your session. You simply show up, get comfortable, and let me do the stretching. That’s the beauty of concierge stretch therapy — you don’t come to me, I come to you.
